Job Title: Sales Executive – Corporate Gifting
Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for executing the end-to-end sales process for corporate gifting solutions. This role focuses on lead handling, client engagement, sales presentations, deal closures, and post-sales follow-ups to achieve revenue targets and build long-term corporate client relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Lead Database Management
Receive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from the marketing team and update them accurately in the CRM/tracking system.
Classify leads based on qualification status (Cold, Warm, Qualified) and assign follow-up priority.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
2. Pre-Sales & Appointment Setting
Qualify leads based on client budget, order quantity, timelines, and corporate gifting requirements.
Develop and execute personalized outreach via calls and emails tailored to the client’s industry and gifting needs.
Schedule and confirm introductory meetings or consultation calls with key decision-makers.
3. Sales Presentation & Product Pitch
Conduct a structured needs analysis to understand the client’s occasion, brand guidelines, budget, and expectations.
Present 2–3 customized corporate gifting solutions (e.g., Welcome Kits, Apparel, Drinkware, Customized Merchandise).
Share pricing ranges and timelines clearly and address client queries confidently.
Secure next-step commitments such as sample approvals, quotations, or formal proposals.
4. Post-Sales Follow-up & Client Relationship Management
Close deals and ensure signed Sales Orders (SO) are shared with the Operations Manager for execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Conduct post-sales follow-up calls (typically 2 weeks after delivery) to confirm client satisfaction.
Collect client feedback, testimonials, and referrals to support customer retention and brand growth.

Preferred Qualifications
0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, merchandising, or related industries.
Experience handling corporate clients and customized product sales is a plus.
