About the Role
Tech Earth Global Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets through field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sources.
- Meet potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Strong follow-up and networking skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel and work on-field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintaining sales reports.
- Professional attitude and presentable personality.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
