Job Title: Sales Executive — FMCG (Herbal Personal Care)

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, expanding market presence, and developing strong distributor/retailer networks for Kasturi Adivasi Herbal Hair Oil. The role involves field sales, relationship building, market development, and achieving monthly revenue targets within the FMCG / Herbal Personal Care category.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Kasturi Adivasi Herbal Hair Oil in assigned territory

• Develop and maintain relationships with:

  • Retailers

  • Distributors

  • Wholesalers

  • Beauty & Cosmetic Stores

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

• Identify new market opportunities and onboard retailers

• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities

• Ensure product visibility & shelf placement

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Maintain daily visit reports & sales records

• Handle order collection, follow-ups & payment coordination

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Field sales experience (preferred in FMCG / Cosmetics / Herbal Products)

• Ability to build strong retailer relationships

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting & documentation

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred)

• Experience:

  • 1–3 years in FMCG / Ayurveda / Herbal / Hair Care Sales (preferred)

  • Freshers with strong field interest may also apply
