Key Responsibilities:

Plastics Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of plastic materials such as PP, PE, PVC, PET, ABS, Nylon, etc.

• Knowledge of plastic processing methods (Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion, Thermoforming).

• Ability to guide customers on material selection based on application and cost.

• Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and industry developments.

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new customers for plastic products/raw materials.

• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

Customer Handling & Reporting:

• Understand customer requirements and provide technical & commercial solutions.

• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and follow-ups.

• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events if required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of plastics and polymers

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-oriented approach

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in plastics manufacturing, trading, or polymer sales

• Technical sales background

• Knowledge of domestic & industrial plastic markets
