Location : Vastrapur, Gota.

Role Summary : We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented.

Education : Graduate in any discipline.

Field Sales Executive : To drive sales for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities : Sales & Lead Generation, Generate leads through field activities, references, campaigns, and local market networking. • Meet prospective customers and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Meetings & Site Visits : Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits. Accompany prospects during site visits and provide detailed project presentations. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the visit and sales process. Maintain records of client interactions and site visit outcomes. Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local influencers.

Reporting & Documentation : Submit daily sales activity reports to the reporting manager. Maintain records of leads generated, meetings conducted, and conversions achieved. Share regular updates through WhatsApp groups and CRM systems.

Skills Required : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment. Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.
