Dhingra Groups is seeking a motivated and result-oriented New Business Development (NBD) Executive with experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new markets, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned business targets across the Northern region.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company budgets
Identify, explore, and develop new markets and new customers in the assigned territory
Conduct regular customer follow-ups and manage end-to-end customer-related activities
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution
Ensure timely payment collection from customers
Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Generate demand and support sales forecasting and planning
Prepare and submit monthly MIS and sales reports
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Willingness to travel across the Northern part of India as required
2–3 years of experience in New Business Development / Sales within the construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting
Ready for extensive fieldwork and travel
Experience in project sales, B2B sales, or construction material sales
Self-driven, customer-focused, and performance-oriented
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
