We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our chit fund schemes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through direct field visits and customer interactions.
Identify potential customers and generate leads for chit fund enrollments through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Explain chit fund products, benefits, and procedures to prospective customers clearly and convincingly.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients to convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain good relationships with existing subscribers and ensure timely payment collections.
Collect and verify customer KYC documents as per company policy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
