The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through direct field visits and customer interactions.

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for chit fund enrollments through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Explain chit fund products, benefits, and procedures to prospective customers clearly and convincingly.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients to convert leads into enrollments.

• Maintain good relationships with existing subscribers and ensure timely payment collections.

• Collect and verify customer KYC documents as per company policy.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
