💰 CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA

🎓 Qualification: Graduate

💼 Experience: 1–5 Years

👤 Age: 20–35 Years

🔥 Key Requirement

Only candidates with relevant Adhesive Sales experience from competitor companies will be considered.

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Drive Primary & Secondary Sales in the assigned territory.

- Develop and manage Distributor/Dealer network.

- Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct regular market visits and strengthen dealer relationships.

- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

- Manage distributor orders, collections and stock movement.

- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and other channel partners.

🏢 Preferred Competitor Experience

Candidates from leading Adhesive / Construction Chemical / Sealant companies will be preferred, including:

Pidilite | Astral Adhesives | H.B. Fuller | Henkel | Sika | Anabond | Jubilant Industries and other relevant adhesive companies.
