Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to aggressively grow our market share for industrial air compressors and pneumatic tools. Unlike a desk-based coordinator, you will be on the front lines—identifying high-value prospects, conducting technical product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Field Presentations: Conduct live demonstrations and technical consultations at client sites (manufacturing plants, construction sites, etc.).
Closing & Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including finalising price and payment terms.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas to drive company profitability.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to position as the preferred choice for industrial solutions.
Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing accounts by identifying upselling opportunities for parts, service, or newer compressor models.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 2+ years of proven B2B field sales experience, ideally in industrial machinery, machine tools, or power tools.
Communication: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport with engineers and procurement managers.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable explaining the mechanics of reciprocating/screw compressors and pneumatic systems.
