Job Title: Fundraising Officer

Role Description:

As a Fundraising Officer, you will represent CEF International at multiple fields. You will engage with customers traveling for business, leisure, or personal reasons to raise awareness about our organization’s mission and ongoing campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect emotionally with customers, communicate our cause effectively, and inspire them to contribute towards improving the lives of underprivileged children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to educate them about CEF International’s mission and programs.

• Create awareness about our social impact and encourage potential donors to contribute.

• Achieve individual and team fundraising targets.

• Maintain accurate donor records and daily fundraising reports.

• Represent the organization professionally on field.

• Participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance donor engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or non-profit outreach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

• Target-driven mindset with a positive and persuasive approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Energetic, confident, and presentable demeanor suitable for public interaction.

• Open to field sales.
