Hiring: Field Sales Executive / Manager | Real Estate (B2C)
Location: Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Manager to handle end-to-end B2C real estate sales. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closures, along with maintaining strong post-sale customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field activities and events

• Meet clients and conduct site visits

• Present project details, pricing, and payment plans

• Handle objections and close sales

• Maintain post-sales follow-ups for referrals

• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility

• 1 - 12 years of field sales experience (real estate preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven sales closure experience

• Willing to work weekends and travel to sites

• Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge

• Graduate in any discipline

Working Details

• Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Tuesday
