We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leasing opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and closing successful leasing transactions. Identify and target prospective clients for office/commercial leasing
Conduct market research and site visits to showcase available properties
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Maintain and grow relationships with property owners, landlords, and brokers
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate leasing solutions
Negotiate terms and close leasing transactions with the support of the team
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and report weekly activities
