We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team Asian paints . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹28000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify walk-in customers at store and convert as painting business
2. At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing
3. Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule
4. Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms
5. Every day they need to visiting construction building near by the location.
6. Every day They need to travel around 20Km based on the customer requirements.
7. During local activities to generating the lead.
8. Field work.
9. Bike mandatory
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
