JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Collect Orders from market using the Sales application
2) Achieve daily counter visit target as well as value target
3) Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Namkeen products, both at our retail outlet and through field sales activities.
4) Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets. 5) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
6) Keep accurate records of sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
7) Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager or relevant team members.
