🎯 Role Overview

• 🏍️ Promote and sell motorcycles, scooters, and two-wheelers

• 🤝 Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs

• 📈 Generate leads, inquiries, and showroom walk-ins

• 🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

🏍️ Vehicle Sales & Customer Handling

• 👋 Welcome customers visiting the showroom

• 🏍️ Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits

• 💬 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models

• 🚗 Conduct test ride arrangements and product demonstrations

• 🎯 Convert inquiries into successful sales

💰 Finance & Documentation Support

• 📝 Assist customers with booking and purchase formalities

• 🏦 Coordinate with finance and loan teams for vehicle financing

• 📄 Help customers complete required documentation

• 🔄 Follow up with prospective customers for closure

• 📋 Maintain customer records and sales reports

📢 Lead Generation & Business Development

• 📞 Follow up on showroom, digital, and referral leads

• 🤝 Build relationships with existing and potential customers

• 📲 Promote special offers, discounts, and exchange programs

• 🎯 Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities

• 📈 Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

🎓 Eligibility

• 📚 Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

• 🕒 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

• 🏍️ Experience in automobile, retail, FMCG, telecom, insurance, or any sales role preferred

• 🗣️ Good communication and customer interaction skills
