Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for Credit Card Sales. The main role is to find new customers, explain credit card benefits, and help customers complete the application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and generate new customers for credit cards.

- Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers.

- Meet customers in the field and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Help customers with the credit card application process.

- Maintain daily sales reports and follow-ups.

- Build good relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Freshers can apply; sales experience is preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable working in the field.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- 2-Wheeler is mandatory.

- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and GPS.

- Age: 18–35 years.
