Key Responsibilities
Generate business through B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators
Handle and convert B2C direct guest inquiries and bookings
Coordinate with guests to ensure smooth check-in and stay experience
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Negotiate rates and close corporate contracts
Manage and optimize OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.)
Monitor OTA pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns
Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach
Conduct client meetings, hotel presentations, and site visits
Maintain daily follow-ups, MIS reports, and sales data
Coordinate with Front Office and Operations team for seamless execution of bookings
Required Skills
1–3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in handling B2B & B2C sales
Knowledge of OTA extranets and revenue management basics
Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Strong client relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream)
Previous hotel industry experience preferred
