Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators

• Handle and convert B2C direct guest inquiries and bookings

• Coordinate with guests to ensure smooth check-in and stay experience

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Negotiate rates and close corporate contracts

• Manage and optimize OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.)

• Monitor OTA pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns

• Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach

• Conduct client meetings, hotel presentations, and site visits

• Maintain daily follow-ups, MIS reports, and sales data

• Coordinate with Front Office and Operations team for seamless execution of bookings

Required Skills

• 1–3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in handling B2B & B2C sales

• Knowledge of OTA extranets and revenue management basics

• Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

• Strong client relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream)

• Previous hotel industry experience preferred
