• Complete ownership of the sales target, strategy and eventually generating revenue for the organization. In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and digital channels.
• Solid experience & exposure in people management, handled teams at all levels (Executive as well as leads and managers). Working with cross functional teams.
• Create relationships with B2B partners, RWAs eventually turning them into alliances and influencers.
• To understand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, technology, processes and methodology.
• Required to conduct BTL (Below the Line) activities using the internal Sales consultants and lead generators.
• Team support for product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of the team.
• Develop local partnerships and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.
