Position: Field Sales Executive / Paint Advisor

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Graduates preferred

Salary:

• ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular visits to dealer counters to maintain relationships and ensure product visibility.

• Identify and approach newly constructed buildings for potential paint requirements.

• Engage with customers renovating their homes or buildings, offering product guidance and support.

• Promote Berger Paints products and assist in color selection and technical queries.

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with experience in Paint Industry, Building Materials, or FMCG sectors will be given preference.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Willingness to travel locally

• घर या इमारत की मरम्मत/नवीनीकरण कर रहे ग्राहकों से मिलना और उन्हें उत्पाद की जानकारी देना

• Berger Paints के उत्पादों को प्रमोट करना और रंग चयन में सहायता करना

• बाज़ार से प्रतिक्रिया और प्रतिस्पर्धी जानकारी एकत्र करना

अनुभव:

• पेंट उद्योग, बिल्डिंग मटेरियल्स, या एफएमसीजी (FMCG) क्षेत्र में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी

आवश्यक कौशल:

• अच्छी संप्रेषण और संवाद क्षमता

• लक्ष्य आधारित कार्य करने की क्षमता

• स्थानीय क्षेत्र में यात्रा करने की इच्छा
