Job Description – ISR (Parlour Channel), CavinKare
The Institutional Sales Representative (ISR) – Parlour Channel is responsible for driving sales and expanding CavinKare’s professional beauty product portfolio in the salon and beauty parlour segment. The role involves identifying and onboarding new salons, maintaining strong relationships with salon owners and beauticians, and ensuring consistent product usage and visibility in partner outlets.
The ISR will conduct regular salon visits, demonstrate products, organize training sessions for beauticians, and promote CavinKare professional brands to increase market penetration. The role also includes achieving monthly sales targets, monitoring stock availability with distributors, and collecting market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing.
Candidates should have strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for the beauty industry. A graduate with 1–3 years of experience in cosmetic, FMCG, or professional salon product sales is preferred. The position requires excellent territory management, sales execution, and customer engagement capabilities to grow the parlour channel business.
