Job Responsibilities
Generate new business and develop new customers.
Visit hospitals, clinics, distributors, and dealers for business development.
Promote and sell company products.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer information.
Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely payment follow-up.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing background preferred.
1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
