A: Core Responsibilities:
Sales & Business development:
Identify & pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and field visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase the repeat business & generate referrals.
Conduct product demonstration and presentation to potential clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Customer relationship Management:
Build & maintain strong relationship with all clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Sales Reporting & Administration:
Prepare and submit regular Daily, weekly & monthly Sales Report
Maintain CRM data and track sales performance
Adhere to company procedures and policies regarding Sales transactions
