Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into sales.

• Visit clients across Delhi NCR to present SurakshaMitra's security and surveillance solutions.

• Promote services including:

  • 24×7 Live CCTV Monitoring

  • AI-Based Security Monitoring

  • CCTV Installation

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

  • Remote Surveillance Solutions

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for successful project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports in the CRM or reporting system.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, CCTV, Security, IT, Telecom, or B2B Sales. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.

• Own bike/scooter with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
