Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.

• Handle vehicle inquiries, showroom visits, test drives, and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth customer experience.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and after-sales services.

• Conduct promotional activities, customer engagement programs, and lead generation campaigns.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred).

• Experience in automobile sales or customer relationship management is an advantage.

• Valid driving license is often preferred.
