 Visit industrial areas, factories and project sites to generate new business

opportunities.

 Conduct customer meetings, site surveys and product demonstrations.

 Generate qualified leads through field prospecting and convert them into

enquiries.

 Meet consultants, architects, contractors, EPC companies and industrial

customers to build relationships.

 Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.

 Collect site information for technical team and coordinate for solution

recommendations.

 Monitor competitor activities and submit daily field visit reports to the Sales

Head.

 Travel extensively within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

 Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients.

 Maintain follow-up communication with leads through calls, emails, and

WhatsApp.

 Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and sales closure.

 Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.

Requisite Skills:

 Relevant experience of capital equipment sales (Relevant industries - EOT

Cranes / HVLS Fans / Roof Insulation / Air compressor / Industrial LED lights)

 excellent interpersonal and sales closing skill

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional

languages are a plus).

 Good listening and persuasion skills.

 Confident, energetic, and result-oriented approach.

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Web, Email handling).

 Ability to handle objections and build strong customer relationships.

Desired Skills:

 Experience in tele calling / inside sales / B2B sales preferred.

 Exposure to industrial products or HVAC / ventilation / electrical products will

be an added advantage.

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

 Positive attitude with good team coordination.
