Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

• Visit clients, present products/services, and promote company offerings.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

• Prepare and send quotations, follow up for orders and payments.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.

• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth order execution.

• Gather market and competitor information and provide feedback to management.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and customer events when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (Freshers can also apply for junior roles).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email).

• Ability to travel for client visits and business development.
