LOAN OR INSURANCE BACKGROUND PREFERRED
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and
sell loan products to individual and business customers. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential customers in the field, explaining loan offerings, collecting required documents, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
Promote personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, or other financial products.
Meet prospective customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
