We are looking for a Job Title to join our team Company Name. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 10k--15k and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and walk-in guests to drive room, banquet, and service sales.

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation to increase revenue and brand visibility.

• Promote hotel services including accommodation, food & beverage, conferences, weddings, and special events with tailored sales presentations.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages while ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.

• Coordinate with operations, front office, and marketing teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and successful events.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases using CRM tools.

• Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen market presence.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
