The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of solar panels, inverters, and associated solutions. This role demands a combination of field sales efforts, digital marketing awareness, and a consultative approach to customer needs. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell solar products and EPC solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, installers, and channel partners. • Present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements. • Collaborate with the technical and operations team for timely execution and delivery of solutions. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and CRM entries. • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong interest in sustainable energy and solar power solutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Target-driven with a passion for client satisfaction. • Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools. • Understanding of solar PV systems and industry trends is a plus. • Willingness to travel as per market requirements. Preferred Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in solar or allied sectors. • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience in channel partner development and institutional sales is an advantage.
