Roles:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, outbound calls, and digital engagement.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, client presentations, and business development materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Support senior sales professionals in achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fundamental understanding of IT products, software, or technology solutions (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation abilities.
High degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and goal orientation.
