AFAS is a growing financial consultancy firm based in Model Town, Delhi, offering professional advisory and loan solutions to industires and businesses. We are expanding our presence across Delhi and looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in banking or financial product sales. This role involves regular travel across Delhi to promote our services, build brand awareness, and onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients across Delhi and visit them for business development.

• Promote AFAS’s financial consultancy and loan services.

• Generate leads through field sales activities and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.

• Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (e.g., loans, credit cards, financial products).

• Preference will be given to those with experience in banking.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• High aptitude and passion for sales.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with travelling across various locations in Delhi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools (preferred).
