Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients such as brands, agencies, and local businesses.

• Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.

• Research companies that are actively advertising.

2. Client Outreach

• Contact potential clients and introduce company advertising services.

• Schedule meetings with decision makers (marketing heads, brand managers).

3. Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain lead database and track sales pipeline using CRM tools like Zoho CRM.

4. Client Presentations

• Present advertising inventory such as hoardings and digital screens.

• Share proposals and campaign ideas with clients.

5. Follow-ups

• Regular follow-up with leads and existing clients.

• Convert prospects into confirmed advertising bookings.

6. Market Research

• Identify new advertising opportunities.

• Track competitor outdoor advertising sites.

7. Sales Targets

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong lead generation and prospecting ability

• Confident in cold calling and client meetings

• Basic knowledge of advertising or media sales

• Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets

Tools knowledge preferred:

• Microsoft Excel

• Google Sheets

• Zoho CRM

Eligibility

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• Prior experience in advertising sales / media sales preferred
