Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Real Estate. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project details, and converting leads into successful bookings. The role involves regular follow-ups with prospects, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

>Handle walk-in clients and inbound leads

>Conduct site visits and project presentations

>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects

Follow up with prospects to close deals

>Coordinate with documentation teams

>Maintain accurate client records

>Achieve monthly sales targets

>Qualifications:

>Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)

>1–5 years of experience in real estate or field sales preferred

>Strong communication and negotiation skills

>Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

>Basic knowledge of Email & MS Office

>Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
