Overview
Adeba Trading is a multi-divisional distributor and wholesaler serving the hospitality industry based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. An opportunity has arisen in our organization for a Sales Executive. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our product divisions and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Promote our products and solutions to potential customers.
Conduct client visits, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Address customer challenges, enhance their experience, and ensure satisfaction.
Provide market insights and feedback to the Management to refine strategies.
Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and provide insights to management.
Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HORECA segment.
Strong and in-depth understanding of the local market.
Valid Indian driving license with willingness to travel extensively.
Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Fluency in English and Kannada; knowing Hindi would be advantageous.
