Job Description:

Motilal Oswal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join its Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales or relationship management in the home finance sector and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property products.

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and lead generation.

• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan products.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Work closely with internal teams for timely processing and disbursement of loans.

• Ensure all KYC and documentation compliance.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans/LAP sales is mandatory.

• Good understanding of mortgage products and financial documentation.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in Kannada and English.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

• Sunday off
