Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell IT software solutions.
Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demos to showcase software capabilities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1–2 years) in IT software or SaaS field sales.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong client-handling capabilities.
Local to Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar are preferred.
