📌 Position: Sales Executive – Home Loan
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
🧑‍💼 Experience: 1 to 5 Years
💰 Salary (CTC): ₹27,000 per month

🔸 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and source leads for PNB Home Loans through field visits, cold calling, and market mapping.

  • Meet potential customers and explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and existing clients.

  • Follow up with customers to complete applications and ensure timely loan disbursement.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

  • Maintain reports and regularly update the CRM system.

🔸 Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Education: 12th Pass (10+2)

  • Experience in home loans, LAP, mortgage, or BFSI sales is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
