Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, and digital enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
Arrange and conduct test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Complete all sales documentation and coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system and submit daily sales reports.
Participate in showroom events, promotional campaigns, and outdoor marketing activities.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Good presentation and selling skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Knowledge of the automobile industry is an advantage.
Valid driving licence (preferred/required in many roles).
Qualification:
Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
Freshers or candidates with automobile sales experience can apply.
