Job Title: Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our range of digital marketing services. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our agency by identifying sales opportunities, managing client communications, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Prospecting:

• Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with a focus on digital marketing services.

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure clients’ needs are understood and addressed.

• Sales Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and market penetration.

• Develop proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

• Ensure that all client goals and expectations are met in the delivery of digital marketing services.

• Market Research and Reporting:

• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor activities.

• Analyze and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximize opportunities.

• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client expectations, challenges, and areas of improvement.

• Negotiation and Closing Sales:

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, web development, and analytics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
