Sales Executive

Essential Skills and Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in field sales

• Possess excellent customer service skills

• Strong understanding of loan sales

• Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel to Pune regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the solar loans division.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.

• Conduct activities to identify and qualify potential customers.

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customers' energy needs and provide personalized recommendations.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to customers' requirements.

• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients and drive sales opportunities.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups.

• Travel frequently to Pune for client meetings, site visits, and partner coordination.
