Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Relationship Officer (Sales) to join our growing team. The role involves acquiring new clients, opening Demat accounts, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual targets for opening new Demat and trading accounts.
Identify and map potential clients through market research and networking.
Generate sales leads from existing clients and referrals.
Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and explain investment offerings.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends and company products to effectively pitch services.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and account activation.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Minimum Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in broking, financial services, or banking.
Core Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Good understanding of financial products and investment basics.
Ability to build trust-based client relationships.
Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
