वर्क प्रोफाइल एवं ग्रोथ प्रोसेस

आपको allotted bank branches में जाकर Branch Manager, Marketing Team और Circle Team से coordination करना होगा।

आपका मुख्य कार्य रहेगा:

• Branch visits करना

• Branch Manager से interaction करना

• Merchant leads collect करना

• Merchant से संपर्क करना

• Documents collect करना

• Application sign करवाना

• Bank stamp लगवाना

• PDF login team को भेजना

महत्वपूर्ण:

काम सिर्फ lead collect करना नहीं है, बल्कि Branch Managers और Circle Team के साथ strong relationship build करना भी जरूरी है।

जब आप लगातार branches visit करते हैं और अच्छा relation build करते हैं, तो:

• Branch Manager खुद leads share करते हैं

• New account opening leads मिलती हैं

• Merchant contact details direct मिलते हैं

• Call/WhatsApp से भी future leads मिलने लगती हैं

इसलिए शुरुआती 2–3 महीने पूरी मेहनत, consistency और relationship building पर focus करना जरूरी है।

अगर शुरुआत strong रहती है, तो आगे का काम काफी आसान हो जाता है और earning तेजी से बढ़ती है।

Salary Structure

15 Successful Installation Target = ₹15,000 In-Hand

अगर target पूरा नहीं होता, तो example basis payout:

• 1 Installation = ₹900

• 5 Installation = ₹4,500

• 10 Installation = ₹9,000

Incentive Structure

15 installation के बाद extra हर installation पर ₹1000

उदाहरण:

• 25 Installation = ₹25,000

• 30 Installation = ₹30,000

POS Devices एवं Rental Waiver

1. Android POS

₹700 + GST

₹2.5 लाख transaction पर rental Zero

2. Printed GPRS Device

₹500 + GST

₹2 लाख transaction पर rental Zero

3. Portable GPRS Device

₹50,000 transaction पर rental Zero

Customer से कोई अलग machine installation cost नहीं ली जाती।

हर महीने 10 तारीख को salary credit

• यह पूरी तरह Field Job है

• Daily branch visit mandatory
