Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 2–3 years of relevant sales experience to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Generate, manage, and follow up on marketing and sales leads.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings and regular field visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and service delivery.

• Follow up on payments and collections for generated sales.

• Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of sales and business development processes.

• Strong lead generation and conversion skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and client visits.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good customer relationship management skills.

• Candidates from Jewellery, Machinery, Equipment, or related industries will be preferred.
