Job description:

JD for closing manager & Sales Executive Profile _ Real Estate.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent.

Salary: Up to ₹- 20k to 35K per month + Incentive. (depends upon interview and last salary)

Schedule:

• Day shift

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1 year +(Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)

Required:

• Freeze terms and conditions with buyer and seller/tenant and owner

• Follow up with clients for a visit

• Track and record every client need and close the deal

• Showing properties to potential buyers and renters

• Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships

• Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

• Real estate experience minimum of 1 year is a must.

• should be fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi.

• good communication and convincing skills.

• Understanding Social Cues.

• Ability to Negotiate.

• Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.

• Good time management abilities.
