Vummidi Motors is an authorised Electric Scooter Dealership in Tamil Nadu, committed to promoting the future of sustainable electric mobility. We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Product Specialist to join our sales team at the Chennai showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers and explain EV scooter features, specifications, and benefits.
Conduct product demos and test rides to showcase the EV technology.
Guide customers through the booking, finance, and delivery process.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of EV products, accessories, and software updates.
Support showroom events, campaigns, and digital lead follow-ups.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for EVs, technology, and customer engagement.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
Prior experience in sales or customer handling preferred.
