We're seeking a motivated candidate to join our team. The role is to guide team on generating high ticket clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Analyze performance and improve team performance. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
Requirements:
0-2 years of leadership experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
