Job Responsibilities: ● Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads from India Mart Portal etc. ● Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities. ● Client Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure timely responses to their queries. ● Follow-ups & Conversion: Engage with prospective customers, track their requirements, and assist in closing deals. ● Database Management: Maintain and update customer records using basic MS Excel skills. ● Sales Support: Coordinate between clients and the sales team to facilitate smooth business transactions. Candidate Requirements: ● Female candidates only. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Confidence in making sales calls and handling client interactions. ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management. ● Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
