Job Title: Project Coordinator

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Location: [Science City Ahmedabad]

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with multiple government offices, electricity authorities, and regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals, permissions, and renewals on time.

• Oversee all documentation, compliance activities, and statutory requirements related to electrical installations, licensing, and related approvals.

• Stay informed about current government rules, policies, and procedures that impact the company’s operations.

• Manage official communication and correspondence with government departments and concerned authorities.

• Ensure all electrical projects and tasks adhere to applicable local and national laws and standards.

• Prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to management on project progress and liaison activities.

• Assist internal departments in meeting all legal, compliance, and regulatory obligations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field).

1–2 years of experience in coordination with government departments, preferably in the electrical .

Strong understanding of government policies, procedures, and approval processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in documentation management.
