Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base and increase sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with dealers/clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers to promote products
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Present product features and benefits to customers
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Ensure timely payment collection from clients
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
1–3 years experience in sales (utensils/steel industry preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel (field work)
Basic knowledge of mobile apps (WhatsApp, Excel)
