The Sales Cordinator is responsible for making outbound and/or receiving inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, handling queries, and convincing customers to take desired actions such as purchases, appointments, or registrations.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (especially verbal)
Persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Fluency in required languages English / Hindi / Kannada/ Malyalam/Marathi/Telgu/Odiya.
Qualifications
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
